We are living the times of modernization

In this case however, it isn’t the usual „clean painting” that is in the background but people decide they much rather renovate and modernize their homes instead of buying a new house. With such expansions not only the comfort level of the house will grow but later on the investor can save on costs.
Right now, the signs of the slump are very visible on the property market. Altough people still think that once it will rise again, the property market will rally. So it isn’t surprising that the only part-sector within the construction industry that is continually growing is the real-estate renovation.
Most of those, who previously were thinking about buying a new house, after seeing the economic processes, will rather invest their savings into an all-round home renovation. So the aim is not only to paint the house, but to modernize it completely or partly and to perform investments which can save energy in the future whether it is insulation or alternative energy usage.

Since the modernization of a real-estate can consume a lot of money and in the current economical situation not everybody can afford to pay for craftsmen, many of the home-owners do those modernization they are able to do- by themselves. By exploiting this market gap, the distributors or suppliers can even increase their market shares. Accordingly - in case of the manufacturers from the constraction industry also- a significant part of the product innovation is realised in the spirit of „do it yourself”. „Earlier for example, it was not typical for us to develop a facade insulation system to skilful laymen, but the time has come to that too.”
Furthermore, this time the saving is dual. Costs of living labour show immediately, while the energy savings resulting from insulation will for sure show next winter. Namley, the biggest expense for a household is the energy. It isn’t surprising that modernizations aim mainly at decreasing energy costs which particularly can be accomplished by modernizing the facade insulation.
„Distributors can contribute with further services to decreasing costs, so for example by taking over the costs of products ordered through the reseller network or partners.” – added Mr. Dávid Tibor.
